- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Update: something must have changed, maybe a staff meeting. It still took a month to get my new glasses but they communicated with me. I feel this time they actually took care of me and wanted my business. Thank you Larry and staff for making me happy. Terrible place. It's been 3 months and I still don't have my contacts. Their communication is horrible and everyone but the Drs are rude and have an attitude. I have given them chance after chance thinking it was just a bad day and nothing has changed. Seriously don't go here unless you enjoy total frustration. Update- I called to get my records to go somewhere else and guess what? THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NO RECORD OF ME EVER COMING THERE!!!!! Are you serious?????? I reported them to their corporate office and they obviously don't care because they never got back to me. Next step is the BBB and the board of medicine for there negligent record keeping.July 10, 2017by Heather Harden
